GLOWGO CUSTOMER TERMS AND CONDITIONS (T&CS)
BIDCRAFT SOLUTIONS (PTY) LTD T/A GlowGo
By requesting and confirming a service appointment with GlowGo, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions. These T&Cs are subject to change and govern the provision of our mobile car wash and detailing services.
- BOOKING, CANCELLATION, AND SERVICE ACCESS
1.1. Booking Confirmation: All service requests are processed through the GlowGo WhatsApp Business system. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation message from GlowGo stating the scheduled time and location.
1.2. Service Location: The customer is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is accessible and legally parked in the designated service zone at the client site (Business Park/Estate) during the scheduled time.
1.3. Cancellation: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least one (1) hour before the scheduled appointment time. Failure to notify us may result in a call-out fee equivalent to 25% of the booked service price.
1.4. Access to Vehicle: If an interior service is purchased, the customer authorizes the GlowGo Operator to hold the vehicle key securely for the duration of the service.
- PAYMENT POLICY (CARD-ONLY)
2.1. Mandatory Payment Method: GlowGo operates a strictly card-only payment policy. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure mobile card reader, or a pre-approved Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
2.2. Payment Due: Payment for services rendered is due immediately upon completion of the service and before the vehicle keys are returned.
2.3. Pricing: All prices are as advertised on the current GlowGo service menu and are inclusive of VAT (if applicable).
- LIABILITY AND DAMAGE WAIVER
3.1. Pre-Existing Damage: Prior to starting the service, the Operator will conduct a visual inspection of the vehicle. By confirming the service, the customer acknowledges and accepts that GlowGo is not responsible for repairing or exacerbating pre-existing damage to the vehicle (e.g., deep scratches, chipped paint, loose trim, or cracked glass).
3.2. Service-Related Damage: GlowGo carries Public Liability Insurance. We accept liability for direct damage demonstrably caused by the negligence of a GlowGo Operator during the service process. All claims for service-related damage must be reported to the Operator and the Head of Operations (Simone Prinsloo) before the vehicle is moved from the service location.
3.3. Valuables: The customer is responsible for removing all valuable, fragile, or loose items from the vehicle prior to an interior cleaning service. GlowGo is not liable for loss or damage to items left in the vehicle.
3.4. Weather Conditions: While services are waterless, in the event of heavy rain or severe weather, GlowGo reserves the right to postpone or cancel the service for safety reasons.
- DATA PRIVACY (POPIA COMPLIANCE)
4.1. Information Collected: GlowGo collects your name and contact number (via WhatsApp) solely for the purpose of scheduling, service communication, and payment processing.
4.2. Use of Data: Your personal information will not be shared, sold, or distributed to third parties for marketing purposes. All data is managed in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
