GlowGo Mobile Carwash – Service Disclaimer & Liability Waiver

By booking or using the services of GlowGo Mobile Carwash (“the Company”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Service Scope and Limitations:
   • GlowGo Mobile Carwash provides mobile car cleaning and detailing services. While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains, scratches, dents, odors, or imperfections, nor can we guarantee results on vehicles with significant wear, pre-existing damage, or delicate finishes.
   • Specialized services (e.g., paint correction, deep scratch repair, engine cleaning) may not be included unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
2. Pre-existing Conditions:
   • Clients are responsible for notifying GlowGo Mobile Carwash of any pre-existing damage, fragile areas, aftermarket modifications, or sensitive surfaces prior to service.
   • The Company is not liable for any damage to vehicles resulting from pre-existing conditions or from surfaces that are inherently fragile or improperly maintained.
3. Personal Belongings:
   • Clients must remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before service.
   • GlowGo Mobile Carwash is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items left inside the vehicle.
4. Vehicle Access and Safety:
   • By booking services, the client confirms that the vehicle is safe and legally allowed to be cleaned. GlowGo Mobile Carwash reserves the right to refuse service if a vehicle is unsafe, inaccessible, or illegal to service.
5. Weather and Environmental Factors:
   • Mobile services are subject to weather conditions, environmental factors, and site conditions (e.g., flooding, extreme heat, unsafe surfaces).
   • GlowGo Mobile Carwash reserves the right to reschedule, delay, or cancel services due to conditions that may affect safety or quality.
6. Chemical Use and Reactions:
   • All cleaning agents, polishes, waxes, and detergents are applied according to manufacturer instructions.
   • GlowGo Mobile Carwash is not liable for any adverse reactions with aftermarket coatings, wraps, paint protection films, or other vehicle treatments not disclosed by the client.
7. Liability and Indemnity:
   • GlowGo Mobile Carwash is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the provision of services, including but not limited to paint damage, water ingress, scratches, or damage to aftermarket accessories.
   • Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless GlowGo Mobile Carwash, its employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Payment Terms:
   • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   • Failure to pay for services may result in legal action or debt collection, and the client is responsible for any associated costs.
9. Acceptance of Terms:
   • By booking or using GlowGo Mobile Carwash services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer, and you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the services provided.
